What do I need to do before the viewing?

When scheduling the viewing confirm the following:

• 1. How many people would you be moving with?
• 2. If you like the property, when would you like to move in?
• 3. Which companies are you and your co tenants working with?

If you like the property and want to secure it then prepare:

• 1. Full deposit which is equivalent to at least one month’s rent
• 2. Written references from your employer(s) & previous landlord(s)
• 3. Photo ID and PPS numbers for each tenant

• 2. Are you buying without use of financing or loan approval?
